After teaching at Texas Woman's University for several years, I followed my passion for community health to create Love to Live Well. I love teaching people the small but impactful steps to wellness and seeing their surprise when the results weren't as hard to reach as they thought. I offer individual wellness and weight loss packages, public speaking, lunch and learns, and corporate wellness programs.
